Giant Human Skeletons Pictures, True and Real or Email Hoax

Pictures of giant human skeletons have been around on the Web for many years now. Some of these photos show us sizes of bones that are really gigantic, I mean, dinosaur dimensions. But are these pictures real? Have Giants ever existed on the face of the Earth or is it just fiction stuff. Anyway, if taller and bigger than average humans have ever been around, how really big were they. Nowadays we can see people playing some sports with more than 7 feet (2.10 mt) and there are even taller people with 8 feet (2.4 mt). But when we talk about Giant Human Skeletons the thing goes beyond... 10 meters?!

Giant Humans in Mythology

Giants are all over the legends, myths and religions. We can read about them on the Bible and other religious books. But, besides religion, there are people who have claimed to discover bones of gigantic people, giant human skeletons of more than 10 feet (3 mt.).

Real Giant Human Skeletons Found

Some workers found a decayed human skeleton that measured around 3.28 meters when they were ploughing a vineyard in November 1856 in West Virginia. In 1833, soldiers dig and found a human skeleton measuring 3.6 meters at Lompock Rancho, California.

However, not all of the pictures we can find are real. An Email Hoax has been around for a while telling as a truth that giant skeletons have been found in excavations in Arabia and some other exotic places. These images are fake, and they were created with the use of Photoshop and other similar softwares. They all came out when Worth1000 created a contest where individuals had to create some archaeological finding that seem as real as possible.





In fact, the National Geographic itself had to write story telling that all of this giant human discoveries were false. That was because these Emails mentioned the Nat Geo has the responsible of the findings. The Email went something like this: "Recent exploration activity in the northern region of India uncovered a skeletal remains of a human of phenomenal size, the report read. The story went on to say the discovery was made by a National Geographic Team (India Division) with support from the Indian Army since the area comes under jurisdiction of the Army."

The tallest living man is Sultan Kosen from Turkey with 2.42 metres.

The tallest woman who we have records of is Trijntje Keever from Netherlands with 2.54 metres. And the tallest living woman is Yao Defen from China with 2.32 metres.
